Make sure the christmas decorations don't cover the 'My Family' sticker on the Sportwagon, Colin.

The Sportwagon earned a Nurburgring sticker (in the glovebox) ... the whole family did a lap :)

I should start getting some piccies with the sticky as Trent from punchy says. We get some fully sick drifters at the workshop OMG. From the really bad carbon wrap home job to to band aid stickers on bumper scrapes. So far my favourites are the stick on alloy fuel cap and some string lace stitching on bumpers. WTF

On the back of a Peugeot Hatchback, a picture of a Dingo's head, with its mouth open, with the caption, "A Dingo ate my stick Family", gotta luv that, Colin.

Stupidest car accessory of all time - or at least stupidest car accessory purchaser of all time ... me. I bought a generic cup holder for my 156. Its been rolling around in the boot for 6 months now - not even a sniff of somewhere it might fit. I now just do it the proper Italian way - pull over, purchase coffee of choice, sit down and drink it, then return to car...

I purchased a drink holder for my 156,  that sits next to the handbrake, but is behind the coin holder on a series 2 156, cost about $95, but after all the stuffing around with generic drink holders, it works well, next time you are in Melbourne, i will show it to you, Colin.

I prefer the demonstrated model ...

Not as good looking as the previous drink holder, but a more in fitting with the current 156 driver, Colin.

Uncle Col, here's a website right up your alley for car accessories

http://kalecoauto.com/

With items like a tub of elbow grease, piston return springs, blinker fluid and spark plugs that actually do what the name says, plug the spark. Bwah ha, funny...

Car Eyelashes are now available from motorquip.co.au, they are $14.99 RRP, i'll have 2 sets please, to give my cars the Lamborghini Muira look, Colin.

Got to keep this thread alive.  I have never ever believed what Colin says but until now, I actually witnessed it.  Nearly crashed my car........into it.

colcol

I have a set for your 156 Neil, they were fitted to my 156, but every time i worked on the 156, the eyelashes tickled me in the middle section, which was thrilling, but slightly creepy, PM, and i will give you a good price, Colin.

Not exactly in theme,
But boy oh boy, there have definitely been days when i wished for these...

When are vinyl roofs going to make a comeback?, there are generations of young gullible motorists out there who get taken in by Bluetooth and cars that you can talk to, what about giving everyone the impression, that your steel roofed car is really a soft top, the myriad of rust problems and the vinyl peeling off is just a minor setback, even Rolls Royce had them in the 60's & 70's, back in the day, it was a way of hiding the fact that the car had been rolled over, and you couldn't get the ripples out of the roof, Colin.

Hi Colin,
Vinyl roofs won't be making a comeback, thats just too 20th century.
For 21st century equivalent, please refer to the Hyundai exploding sunroof saga, almost as entertaining, with the added joy of 10's of thousand of potential lawsuits!!

I admired the marvellous engineering that Australia can produce and had always noticed this fine specimen.

It made me wondering for awhile when I followed it and had me sleepless for the night.

I will let you decipher the relativeness to stupid car accessories.
