You will probably need the large size

Agree. The 1/182 is a snug fit for the sedan and tapers down for the boot. Although I believe the length of the station wagon is the same as the sedan, there's the added bulk at the back.
They do make a station wagon cover but with a length of 5200mm, they would be suited more for Aussie barges http://www.autotecnica.com.au/covers_stationwagon.html
