what wheels look good

That's some serious tacho and shift light. 

Offset depends upon wheel width. What size wheel are you after? That can dictate what size tyre, which can dictate what wheel width, and thus offset.

For example, if you want 17" wheels, then a 215/40 is suitable, and you would want either 17x7" or 17x7.5" wheels. From my research, some overseas people have pretty crazy low offsets like +20mm in this situation, but I think there's a risk of tyre-rub. I would go with an offset of around +30mm with a 7.5" wheel, for a nice stance. Higher offset will tuck the wheels further inboard, which works fine, but doesn't look as good IMO. And in terms of handling, the difference should be negligible unless you're pushing the envelope on a track.

I LOVE A LOW CAR WITH NICE OFF SET.

To be honest i think you should paint your wheels red just like the orignal EVO`s/ not keen on the bob jane style mags.

I know alot of people on this fourm may not like it because its to close to the guards etc but i cant get enough of it.

Once i roll my guards on my Giulietta then run 25mm spacers with my Simmons, my wheels meet flush to the guard just like pictures above.

A serious tacho yes it's the only one with oil psi & water temp in it (if you know what i meen) .

With a 16" wheel, you might be looking at a 195/50R16 or 205/45R16 tyre, in which case a 7" wide rim would be suitable. I would then choose an offset around +25 to +30mm for a more aggressive 'look', or around +35 to +42mm for a more conservative/standard look.

With a 17" wheel, as above, I'd go with a 215/40R17 tyre on a 7.5" wide rim, and +30mm offset, there-abouts. For a more conservative look, +35mm to +48mm offset.

This photo is from alfabb.com forums of a US car. It has 17x7" wheels, +35mm offset, 215/40R17 tyres. It looks 'good', but I would prefer the wheels to sit more 'outboard'.

These sorts of combos shouldn't result in tyre rub, or very minimal under unique circumstances (eg: full lock turning into steep driveway).

There's heaps of space in the rear, and it's usually always the front tyres that are prone to rub.

To give you an idea of what 16 inch wheels might look like, here my old 75 TS
with 16 x 7" TSW wheels and 205/45 R16. Not sure of the offset but might have been 30 + mm as a stab in the dark guess. I agree dont like wheels that sit too inboard.

I think the black rims have the best offset .I would like to get as cloes to the gaurd as possible
with out interfering with the gaurd

yes true.

The spacers are for my track car and i cant use them on the road, as the rear touches the guard all most while sitting still and the fronts rub when i turn out of a driveway.
