Cheap stiffer suspension

Forgot to post this previously.  An interesting technique to stiffen up coil-sprung suspension that I came across on the Shitbox Rally (many, many teams found that once loaded up with gear their cars' suspension was too soft - glad I thought of that before I left), is to fill the springs with tennis balls.  Apparently it works really well.

This one is a work in progress, to get the full effect the entire spring needs to be full.  Would this get through scrutineering?
