Hi Victor - you'll probably be surprised but I'm interested in this.  Easter touring Tassie in an Alfa with some friends sounds like a good thing.

sounding good to me, being in the time of alfesta, I'm less worried about turning up with my 116 GTV  ;)

I flagged it with the wife last night and it sounds positive :)  I think the fact that we will leave the 3 littlies with family in Melbourne and head over by ourselves is quite appealing to her! It will be good to meet a few more of you mexicans too! (I can sledge a bit since both parents are from Melbourne!)

Hey Derek. I am wondering if the Melbournians are described as being Mexican (somewhere south of the border), where does it leave us here in Tassie, being south of the ditch ??

Yep, suspect you could be correct,  ;D.  Ah but wait we want to encourage people to come and visit Tassie.

Hey guys a little bright spark fact of intelligence.  I recall from my days at Uni during my undergrad Science degree, in both Climatology and Physical Geography.  We actually have the same latitude as Tuscany (Italy).  So perhaps Tassie could be called New Tuscany.  Beats being called New South Wales  ;D ;D  and the sun down here does shine brightly, and the grapes are growing nicely.  Just a thought.

If it's Easter 2012 we've got our work cut out for us ....
Lot's to organise to ensure an outstanding event - looks like ICE and CMI are going to be busy !
Time to sharpen the pencils and start planning the best car event Tassie has ever seen David !
