FS: 1.8lt Alfetta Motor for 105

Hi,

I have a 1.8lt Alfetta motor for sale which has been modified by the previous owner to fit a 105 series Alfa. It has the "batwing" 105 sump fitted, and was fitted into a GT1300 Junior. The motor therefore has the older style 8 bolt crankshaft and flywheel (three bolts missing), and the belhousing is for a cable operated (ie not hydraulic) clutch. Clutch lever and bearing are included, but clutch and pressure plates have been scrapped.

Before being removed, the motor was running well and did not seem to be blowing smoke or dripping oil when I drove the car a couple of years ago.

The motor has a brand new water pump fitted. Also, although not shown in the photo, the motor will come with the inlet manifold and stock exhaust headers. Items not included are carbies, distributor, radiator fan or engine mounts.

The motor is located in Cheltenham, Victoria. Pick up in person would be preferred, however, I can help load the motor if the buyer organises their own courier.

I'm asking $450, but will consider offers.
