Yes we've finally given it a name .....TURISMO TASMANIA 2012

Let's face it, the "Alfa Romeo 105 series 50th Anniversary Celebration Tour of Tasmania" was just too much of a mouthful !!!
AND we've created a very simple website and an email address for the event to keep everyone informed ... now we just need people to start registering to help us finalise the numerous logistics involved - so if you're thinking you'd like to participate in TURISMO TASMANIA 2012 being held next Easter, please go to our website and complete our on line Advance Registration Form - and PLEASE don't forget to send us a photo of you and your car - (you'll have to do that separately to tassie2012@alfaclub.org.au here's the link to the site -  http://www.alfaromeoturismotasmania2012.com.au/

Day 2 Route - test driven over the weekend ......

Very memorable - sweeping plains, lovely riverside roads overlooking fog covered waterways, short highway bursts, long undulating country ribbon roads, steep ascents through heavily wooded forests, seat of the pants descent with fast switchbacks and positive cambers and a long relaxing 5th gear run home with no traffic !!! - hard to take - but someone has to do it !  ;)  Mark Baigent & Alfio Rossetto

If you love 105's and you love driving then there's no way you wouldn't want to share your enthusiasm with the great people who have registered so far for Turismo Tasmania 2012 - check out http://www.alfaromeoturismotasmania2012.com.au/gallery
