+1 Paul you have the fancy helmet, you NEED some stripes  :P

I have more than enough stripes on my fancy helmet to compensate for my lack of stripes on my Alfetta GT...  ::)

Wow how time flies, 3 years down the track and so far all I have done to the car is fix bits that broke and lighten the car with plastic windows.

Over this holiday period I am planning on doing a few small things like:

- Overhaul front calipers, strip off racing red flaky paint and leave the calipers unpainted.
- Fit small PC680 Odysey battery.
- relocate fuel pump to the rear, currently under driver side and too close to road when off-roading ;)
- Buy an in-car camera and mount it.

Engine is a little tired and budgetry constraint mean it will need to last for another 12 months before a minor refresh.

What everyone's plan for their group S cars?

Gary Pearce

Yes Hung time flies. 4 years now for me and finally all my mechanical and engine performance development has been refined and the car drives great. Summer months for me is to fit a Pollycarbornate rear window, attend to some panel damage, freshen up the cosmetics under the bonnet and a new paint job. It's got to be more shiny........go faster.

Yep, my refinement process is I break it, I replace it.  Just waiting for the next thing to break as I have just about replaced every bit on the entire car thus far save the nut that holds the steering wheel and that day will come shortly!!!

Alan Hopla

Neil,

I thought that you had the new nut for the steering wheel in training!! ;D

Done then undone, revert back to bigger battery I don't want to sit on dummy grid hoping the battery is ok

Awaiting budget allocation ;)
