Very easy to change the oil and filter in these, warm the car up, jack it up, put car stands under it, remove the undertray, about 10 various 6mm torx and cap screws, then using a 8mm allen key undo the drain plug and drain the oil, then at the front of the engine near the exhaust you will find the oil filter, unscrew it and replace it with a new one, then put the sump drain plug on, replace the undertray, take the cars off the car stands, lift the bonnet, put about 4 litres of oil in it, check the oil level with the big yellow dipstick at the front, fill it to max, then get in the car and start the engine and watch for low oil pressure, run it for about a minute, switch the engine off, wait a minute, now that the oil filter is full of oil and the oil has drained back in the engine, check the oil level and fill it to max, job done, Colin.

You might be able to download a manual from somewhere on the internet, i wouldn't have a clue how to do it, you might wish to contact some Alfa Romeo wrecking yards, as they usually have a collection of them that come with the written off cars, give a go to some wreckers in England, as they are quite good for these things, try Ebay as these manuals sometimes come up for auction, or contact some online second hand motoring bookshops, best of luck, Colin.

More on the oil change, if removing the undertray drives you mad like it did me, due to the different fastener heads, you may wish to convert them all to 6mm cap screws, so you get under the car with one tool only, you will need a oil filter wrench to remove the oil filter, as the seal hardens up over time and is hard to remove, buy the filter first, as not all filter wrenches will remove it, and the oil filter has a 20mm thread, so its a special all on its own that is different to twin sparks and V-6's, on the drain plug there is a seal on it, they get old and hard and leak, a new one from the dealers is a kings ransom, so go to a bearing and seal place and ask have they got one, there are various names for these seals, and i can't remember any off them, but its on a subject we talked about 6 months ago, check the drain plug as well, as the internal hex can round off, once again the UK is your best bet for a replacement sump plug, and the oil to use, 10-60 fully synthetic race oil of your favourite oil company, Colin.

More stuff that just popped into my head, you need a flexiable thin oil filter wrench as there is not much room around the oil filter, to slip the oil filter wrench over the filter, and the washers for the sump plug are called Dowty or Bonded washers, and they cost me last time $2.60 each, just don't tell em what its for otherwise they will double the price, Colin.
