Notice of Annual General Meeting of The Alfa Romeo Owners'' Club of Australia Vic Inc (The Club).
Members are advised that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Club will be held at the Water Rat Hotel, Crn Park & Moray Streets South Melbourne on Wednesday March 14th 2012, commencing at 8pm.

The AGM will be held in conjunction with the normal Club Night.

The Ordinary Business to be conducted at the AGM is:
To confirm the Minutes of the previous (2011) AGM.
To receive Committee Reports of the year's activities
To receive Financial Reports
To seek the approval of the Membership for an increase of $5 in membership fees; Single to $80, Family to $95, Concessional (Students/Pensioners) $40, as recommended by the Committee. In keeping with the aging membership of the Club, the Committee have recommended that membership fees for Pensioners be set at the same rate as for Students. To be eligible for Concessional subscription, the member must hold a current Pension Card, Health Card or Full Time Student Pass.
To deal with any Special Business of which 21 Days' notice has been given to the Secretary
To elect Officeholders and two Ordinary Members to serve on the Committee for the following year.
General Business

All Committee positions become vacant at the AGM and any members interested in any committee position/s are encouraged to nominate.                                        

All Nominations and proxies must be lodged 14 days prior to the AGM
