Whatever happened to...?

Looking through some of my old magazines I came across a Fast Fours and Rotaries from 1993 which featured a lovely looking modified, 1980 Alfasud Sprint owned by Joe Sallustio. The chrome bumpers had been replaced with the later model plastic bumpers and grille (sourced from leftovers of the Giocattolo project) and finished in shiny black. The interior was re-trimmed in white velvet and the engine was highly modified and included custom long-length intakes which necessitated a big bulge being fabricated on the bonnet. Work wasdone by Italservice and Franklin Side Crash.

All up a nicely prepared car that got a bit of national coverage in a magazine that I've never seen since. Just wondering if anyone knws of the car or what happened to it.
