Prefer Brisbane as I can pickup.
They're for my Duetto resto.  I need something to roll her round on during paint/panel and so it might as well be the right size rim.

Anybody have a stash ?

Really, no one ?
What about anybody between Brisbane and Sydney
... Which would give me an excuse to drive down and get Shires seats  ;D

I've got a set but I will need them myself one day to roll around my coupe. If you need to borrow them for a bang up set that will see a lot of overspray, that's no worries. Although I think the tyres are petrified rubber...
I'll keep an eye out for you. You could try John Thompson down at the Alfafarm on the gold coast.

Ooh champion... That's exactly what I'm trying to do.  Won't be for a while, the PM on this resto is useless.

.. is John running a business, open to direct contact ?

Yeah John has a business card stating - buying/selling all things Alfa. Met him a couple of times but still haven't visited the farm. Quite a sight/site to behold I hear. I left his contact details at home but here is his AlfaBB profile you could contact him through. I'll send you his phone number tonight

If you do borrow my wheels make sure you don't knick my flying buttress seats that are sitting next to the wheels in my brother's shed :P

Hi Craig_m67

I have a set of 15 by 4.5 steel wheels available here in Sydney.

Maybe bring a trailer and take some super doors, rear quarters,NOS taillight assys.Front NOS front idicator assys and anything else lying around here that might interest you.

I might even part with a set of flying buttress seats also.

Robert

Don't start, I only want your seats. I commit like an Italian - what if I just send you the money and guilt you into helping arrange (reasonable) shipping. Bet your wife's a saint !!

yes I've been drinking tonight..... has she got a sister :)

Cheers Robert,

I'm hacking a Duetto to pieces and my plans are already an abomination as I'm NOT going red, instead a period metallic blue, Twinspark and (phark) sinful red carpet.... Let alone any talk of flying butress seats. I reckon super doors, taillights and rear quarters might just motivate the mob to pitchforks.

Would happily grab the wheels though (thanks). Will be in touch :)

In all honesty Craig,

Having sold my white GTV, it has now taken the pressure off clearing stuff out, so whilst I'd still like them gone I don't mind hanging onto them for a few months on the off chance you may drive down to Sydney at some point.

Either way, I now am in no rush.

Cheers
Adam
