My housing is fine, mirror is cracked.
Yes the glass pops out easy.

Don't know who will sell you the glass only. I can help you out for a complete mirror if interested?

Pop the glass/mirror out and take it to the glass man, a glazier i think they are called!!, they will be able to cut and grind a piece of mirror to fit.  Not the best but saves the $$$'s.

I saw a work van advertising replacement mirrors of this nature.  Can't remember exactly now.

Just a thought, did it to one car once a long while ago.

I can easily order from the UK either new via a dealer (22 pounds) or off ebay.co.uk.
I only asked in here on the of chance anybody here had one they happy to get rid off (sell).  
Some of the ebay oz prices for recent alfa parts are absolutley hysterical, more than new.

Didn't think about a glazier - complication their might be the heatpad and mounts glued to the back.
