I gotta say, I don't see the GTV influence at all.  Looks more Aston Martin to me than anything else.

I thought at least the lights would have been the give away.

The lights remind me of slimmer late model gtv lights.

Pass, looks more like a reworked Merc or big VW. If you want a comparison between the siloutte of a 116 GTV your probably better off comparing it to the Maserati Khamsin.
