Great lap Tim!

Thanks  :) The car was really flying. The suspension change seems to have made it very twitchy in the wet, though - even Mick could barely keep it pointing straight once the rain came.

Your speed past some of the other cars, that I know are by no means slow, is just frightening.

Hey Mick, great driving. What final drive do you run in your car?

Cheers, Brent

I'd also like to know this.

Just going by engine note, I reckon you could save half a second by holding onto third on the run up to Siberia.  Feel free to flame me if I'm wrong about that though.  Nice driving.

You do realise that now you have the big motor, we're expecting you to come and play with us now.... No excuses will be accepted.

Not even 23mm torsion bars? Door handles are getting rare you know.

I like how I don't need a g-force display - I can just watch the dust and crap in the passenger footwell...

(maybe I'm looking in the wrong spot in this video).

Great driving, and nice video..!

Sheldon, you are right, but I like to change at 6,500rpm to conserve the engine. I don't like buzzing it at 7,000rpm as it doesn't make any more considerable power after 6,500rpm.

Ah okay, I didn't realise your revs were that high there, I didn't think it sounded that high (and it sounded to me like you were changing up to fourth earlier than in other parts of the track).  Fair enough then, and apologies for the impertinence.

You've got a mild cam haven't you?  Do you know if the standard 3 litre can go to 7000 safely?

I also think I should wash my car...
What? didnt your car get wet and washed at phillip island? lol

Hmmm... According to your dad, you've got enough cars hanging around there that you should have a lifetime supply.  ;D  Otherwise, just bolt some training wheels on halfway up the door....
