Wanted 1985 GTV6 Coolant tank.

Hi I am after a good plastic water coolant tank for my 1985v GTV6.
Mine has a small crack in it that leaks , and want to get it fixed.

Message me if you know wher I can get a good one at a reasonable price.

Also does anyone know if the tank can be plastic weleded and repaired?

 Go to international auto parts in the US and get an aluminium tank. Don't stuff around with the plastic, the new white plastic ones are too soft, they blow up like a balloon and break at the welds. I think if you don't want the cost of the ally unit, find a second hand original (brown) tank.

I bought the IAP tank a year or so ago and it is excellent.

 I think it was around the $330 mark delivered, but probably cheaper now with the dollar parity.

I can source repro original type tanks with the sticker. Cost will depend on the qty I order in.
