10-40 Fully Synthetic for a Twin Spark would be fine, 10-60 is only for JTS's which use a bit more oil than a Twin Spark, the thicker weight of the '60' cuts down oil consumption, when your Twin Spark starts to use more oil than petrol, go over to 10-60, they most likely meant 200,000 klms, not 20,000, Colin.
