Finally decided to catch a flight to Newcastle and drive the spider home. Thanks just the same for the advice on transport.

Didn't end up buying the vehicle. Too many problems. I'm happy to take some things on but not 40 or more.
Disappointed naturally and flew straight back home.
The search for a very nice red 105 spider continues.................
