Loose gearcstick Alfetta

Hi all the gear lever on my Alfetta has a bit of play when in gear is there a bush that is worn here and can it be replaced? Cheers!

One place to look is the bush at the bottom of the gear lever itself, where it bolts up to the shaft that goes to the gearbox.  The standard bush is flimsy plastic.  Replacement with more durable bronze makes sense. You may need to get one turned up to suit. It's pretty thin.
