Title: Knocking Suspension
Post by: george147 on August 06, 2012, 12:20:04 PM
Hi Guys,

I have read a few posts with similar problems however I am hearing the knocking on the RHS rear wheel. As most of the other posts are about the front suspension/components.

The noise only occurs when turning left at moderate speeds, can anyone shed some light on this. It makes me nervous each time I hear it.

Thanks in advance

get it checked out... there are bushings on the rear too if you are sure it's from there...

trailing arm, transverse arm (both bushed) and of course the rear ARB drop link (ball joints) could cause the issue.

If you do happen to go down the path of replacing the arms, you might as well do them all and upgrade the bushes to Powerflex ones.
