FWIW it had the engine, gearbox, and all the front suspension from the 33.  The rear axle was Nissan.

It had a early 80's Pulsar body, which wasn't a bad thing,....but it still managed to rust, must have been the Italian paint or lack of it, it was supposed to be Alfa Romeo building a car that didn't rust and Nissan getting into the Italian market, Colin.

I was aware of that Evan just didn't go into detail.

Then fiat buys Alfa Romeo and they produce front wheel drive cars , witch to me became bland and boring. Unlike Nissan witch produced the, skylines (gtr) and Silvia and witch today these engines produce as much power or not more of cars if today.

I have driven Alfasuds, Fiat X19's and Mini's with about 60 horse power and they were an absolute hoot, the ARNA which i have never driven, but a distant relative told me she hated it and was pleased to see the end of it, Colin.
