Evening all,
I recently installed a good second hand stalk for indicators etc, and it has just stopped working, was a bit hit n miss over the week. and if I touched around fuse area would go again. I have know checked fuse , pushed all wires in . Could the relay there be stuffed ???Do relays die ?

Cheers all in advance Drew

Hi Drew,

Yes they do die. I just recently replaced one on my GTV6.

I think you should be able to find one at Sprint/Repco/The Barn etc., etc.. I just took a s/h one from my stock. Let me know if you can't find one and I'll see if I have another.

Hi Drew

To keep you going until you can get another, I have had success with opening the relay up and improving the contacts inside with a little wet and dry. Also a little contact cleaner if you have some. It will keep you going until you can source another.

If you're already replacing it, may as well go to repco and get a digital one, $17 Narva, and flashes super fast every time. Despite the crappy earthing out electrics  8)
