HELP, wasp in dash!

I have a horse wasp (that's a wasp with a croaky buzz - more a creak) on the right side of my dash... then the other day i discovered that the whole dash is about 5mm off centre towards the right.. what's happening is that it's rubbing against the drivers door 

Looking around the fitting against the a pillars and windscreen, its a perfect fit.. except the gap on the right is non existent and the gap on the left you could fit a camels sausage in it.   

I see $$$$$$ all over it.
