2001 Alfa Spider

Hi , I  am  just a Guest on your Forum , but I emailed the Club & was told to go Here
I  have been given the task of disposing of our ex managers car , which happens to be a 2001 Alfa Spider
& I have about a week to do it before it  gets virtually given to a Dealer as a trade in
I genuinely would rather see someone who appreciates the car get it , rather than a dealer.
What I know is My company has owned if for  about 5 Years & it hasn't given us a lot of trouble
we just put a new Master Cylinder in it which cost a bomb
I've had it to a mechanic ( just a general one not an Alfa specialist) he says $1700.00 to get it roadworthy
which really surprises me  things like Disk rotors being too small.
No real big deal to me if I sell it or not , just  thought someone could offer me a price & someone that actually cares about it
might get a cheap car , drives well personally I love it .  my mobile is 0418 57 47 67  Peter Dyson
