help with 156 idle revs 1500-2500

hi there i have a 1999 twinspark selespeed 156 it has a really rough idle when cold it is ok but when you get going it goes off.  the idle flucuates from 1500rpm to 2500 rpm have had the throttlebody done can anyone help please
