Spark V Fuel

Ok heres the thing.

My 147 idles as smooth as. What happens we you accelerate is, there seems to be like a miss.

Im wondering if its the plugs or lack o fuel. When she gets over 3000 rpm it just takes of but below that its just crap.

Any ideas before i take the plugs out. If its fuel, where is the fuel filter so i can replace that.
