Hey guys,

Im looking at purchasing a 147 this week, and was wondering what the front brakes are on them. From what I can see they are a 4 piston setup over a 284x22mm rotor.

Does anyone know what the piston sizes are in the calipers? ... Only reason is I have a brand new set of B-Type Alcon calipers here that would probably fit (will be putting on some slotted/dimpled rotors and winmax pads up front as well)

Cheers

Gday,

They are a single piston calliper on the twin sparks.

Not sure of piston diameter sorry. You could call an Alfa wreckers and ask them if they can measure for you though.

Cheers.

Mick.

Ok nice, just need to check the specs on the Alcons then, but I think I'll install the 4 pots. they are a 30.1mm x4 piston

Hopefully picking up my 147 tomorrow if all goes well.

Does anyone know what the clearance between the current caliper and the inner of the front wheel currently is?

My Alcons I have sitting around will work with the existing sized rotors, so just need to ensure clearance .. or spacers as well :D
