VVT solenoid plastic bush

Hi All,

the plastic bush that seals the vvt solenoid bracket into the head/cam cover is in pretty bad condition on one of my motors and split in half on another (totally unuseable). I'm interested in any workarounds for replacing this part. According to google it is no longer available.

Its a plastic bush with two tabs that correspond with the head/cover face to locate the bush from turning. I would expect that a suitable material turned to size would work without these tabs. Any ideas on what plastic would be suitable for this environment?
