Hi,
I have fitted a 3.2 24V V6 to my Alfetta GTV,
What would be the best Bosch electric fuel pump to use with the correct pressure for the standard 3.2 injectors :).

I have used the standard GTV6 one in mine.  Motec tuned the car when the engine was fitted and thought the fuel pump would need to be changed but it was fine.

Thank you rowan_bris,
How much HP did get out of the 3.2, is the Alfetta very quick.
Do you know how many BAR pressure the pump puts out.
Also does anyone know the Bosch part number for the pump.

Thanks

Any pump that flows at least 90L/hr (1.5L/min) @ 3 bar will do the job. Any pump marketed as "high flow" or "motorsport" will most likely be too big, and just waste power while heating up your fuel.

A late model v6 commodore oem pump flows a bit over 100L/hr, whereas something like a Bosch 044 pump would flow 300+ L/hr at 3 bar. All that extra fuel just gets returned to the tank a bit warmer than it came out.

Are you looking for an in-tank pump, or in-line?
If in-line, the Bosch 070 would probably be a good match - 130L/hr @ 3 bar. They're a pretty common pump, used in a whole heap of early 90s cars including Alfas.

The Walbro GSL393 is a very similar pump to the Bosch 070, I'm pretty sure that's what I have in my Alfetta.
