Master key and code

Hi I just purchased a alfa gtv 2000 model 2.0 twinspark as a project . The car has no master key and last owner does not have key or code. How can I go about getting a new key and having it programmed .

This is a question for the (or a) official dealer, they (head office) apparently keep a copy of the codes.

It amazes me how many people lose really important things like keys, codes, service books and manuals for their car.
