Wanted: drivers door lock mechanism for an Alfasud sedan

Hi friends,

The drivers door on my beloved '74 Sud Sedan won't lock properly, and the fault lies in the inner door handle mechanism (specifically the rod that runs from the inner handle to the lock itself).

Does anyone have the lock and inner handle mechanism from an early four-door Sud?
