gtv6 cigarette lighter

Hi,

Does anyone have some kind of assembly diagram? 
I'm trying to fit what I understand to be the original cigarette lighter to my 84 gtv6 - I have 3 items - A tube that I assume mounts to [under] the plastic centre console, the lighter housing with the light globe & green sleeve & of course the actual element itself.
The lighter housing has thread but the mounting tube that sits under the console doesn't.  How does it all go together & fix securely to the console?
