What's the biggest horsepower achieved in a N/A Alfa Nord engine?

I've wondered - if you go crazy with big valves, cams, forged pistons, rods, billet crank, monosleeves, lightened xyz what is actually possible?

Heard 240bhp from reliabe source but never seen one in the flesh. 185-200 much more common. The problem with power claims is the lack of measurement standardisation and knowing that you are comparing apples with apples.

Bit like the hi-fi amplifier claims for power outputs where one claims peak-to-peak vs root mean square values. An amp rated at 282W p>p is the same as 100W rms.

Which would you buy if they cost the same?
