Miss Alfa Sprint

Hey everyone,

My name is Marisa

I'm a new member of AROCA, but some of you might already know me from ausalfa.com

I currently drive my blue 1979 Alfasud Sprint aka "Alfie", which i inherited from my dad and it's been in the family since 1998.
For my 21st Birthday in June my dad surprised me with another Alfa as a gift, a red 1989 33 1.7 IE which is currently getting re-painted.

I joined AROCA because i head so many great things from my Alfa buddies about it and i attended the Spettacolo last year and had an awesome time, i was also at one of the Phillip Island events in March.

I am looking foward to get to know you all  ;)

Hi Marissa,

Welcome to the club and I hope you enjoy your 33, I am currently on my second 1.7ie and love it. You have got the best one for day to day use because the carb need a bit more love to run and start as smoothly. Don't forget to post a picture of you one when it has been painted.

Regards
Andrew

Great to see another enthusiastic member with their pride and joy x 2.

Martin Sifredi is the new Register captain for suds, 33's & Sprints.  He have a talk recently at a club night and had a copy of an article he submitted to Auto Italia magazine detailsing his resoration and upgrading of the car to Spettacolo prize winning standard.

While in this 2010 year, we will have focused on some famous historic vehicles, members and friends with models like 33 are also important to the 33 Register & club.  Look forward to seeing you and your cars.

Cheers.

Warm welcome to you and Alfie. Hope to see you at a club night soon and maybe even a sprint event.
When you do come along please make sure that you bring that magnificent photo album with you.
Truly sensational result and sure that others would enjoy having a look at your handiwork from Spettacolo. Photographic talent such as yours deserves to be seen.

Hi Marisa,
Welcome to AROCA & the forum, I think you were the young lady driving the Navy Blue Sprint at the spectacolo last year. Refreshing to see one of the young crowd into old Alfas not Mitsubishi Lancers with 20 inch wheels and a $48000 stereo. Look forward to seeing photos of the sprint & 33

Cheers
Pep
