Diesel Expert Required?

Hello all... I have a 147 JTDm - done 150,000k and has been gradually getting louder... sounding more and more like a diesel truck. I need a guru in that department - any suggestions???

From what I read and am told it is an injector issue... and it is driving me bananas.

First step would be to replace fuel filter and run a good dose of injector cleaner through it.
