Newly inducted Life Members

At the Victorian December club meeting last night the committee nominated some members for life membership, each one was voted in unanimously.  In my years in the club and my 3 yrs on committee I saw first hand the amount of time and money these members sacrifice for the advancement of the club, and every one of them always did (and still do) it with a smile on their face.  I personally couldn't agree more with the committee's decision to nominate the following people (in no particular order).

Andrew Carra
Bruno & Mary Colautti
Stuart Thompson
Neil Choi

A hearty congratulations to you all, well deserved each and every one.

Anthony Sharp read out the contribution each has made towards the club over the years, and it was a long list!  Perhaps that list could be published here too?

What wonderful news. Unfortunately I was unable to attend last night, but I would like to say how deserving these awards are.

Note: to Brad Marshall: I was thinking it is unfortunate that all our Club Life Members are not listed on our club site. What about it?

Congratulations to Bruno, Marie, Neil & Stuart. It has been a pleasure being involved with these great people in my time at the club. Bruno and Marie via their wonderfully organised EMRs, Stuart on the committee in 2004,5 & Neil for his tremendous efforts in orgainising our Sprint days. These are just my selected interactions, I am sure many others have their own. Well done and congratualtions again! Yo :)u are all wonderful ambassadors for our club.
