   The exhaust manifold's that my dad and I have been running have both been on our cars for ever.  My dads have eventually completed disintegrated (I think he took them out in about 4 different pieces after the last Sandown session.  Mine are still together but are so brittle they are nearly transparent!,  So time for some new ones,  After a chat with Vin the basic lengths we're defined and I set to work designing them in 3D CAD.  Once the design was finalised we got all the bends made up to the required angles and this weekend we set to work cutting and welding.  Took us nearly 3 days but we managed to get two sets made up, not completely welded yet, but the fitting is all completed, in no hurry to do that job again...

I think you need to do a set now to suit a twin spark!
