Hi all, I've had this banner (about 5m across) for almost 10 years hanging in my garage (a patient sold it to me). Can anyone help me as to what it's of?

Joe, that's a Tipo 33/2.

I have a book on all T33 models, I might be able to get you more info on that particular car/chassis if you are interested.
The car number and nose colour (white or yellow) will help to identify the driver and the event.

Awesome cars  - have you seen some of the youtube clips of Paul Brown belting his around in the historics ?

Quite right Scott (?) that's the car shown on the cover of the book.

I LOVE these cars and yes, I have seen that YouTube video. Great era in motorsport when cars still raced in national colours and it wasn't all about sponsorship and money. There is a nice picture of a T33 in the book filling up at a roadside petrol station!

For those who love Steve McQueen's film Le Mans, a team of T33/3 cars feature in the first 3rd of the film (all 3 Autodelta entries were DNF's)
