Yesterday I and at 2 other club members (one in my team, one with other mates) participated in the Tough Mudder event held down at Phillip Island. Easily the hardest thing I've ever done, but finishing it was the most satisfying thing I've experienced. 20kms of running, ice baths, climbing over 4m walls, being electrocuted and more mud than I've seen in my life to name only a few of the obstacles.

A really well run event, that also supports the Legacy foundation.

If anyone is looking for a really great personal challenge, and an excellent motivator to get fit and healthy, I can't recommend it enough. In fact, we had so much fun, as we crossed the finish line, we all agreed we would be driving to Sydney in September to do it all again.

A couple of "Happy snaps" of our team.
