67 Giulia Sprint GTV headlight recommendations

Can anyone recommend good 7" sealed or semi sealed headlights available locally?

Preferably ones that don't require rewiring.

Anyone recommend globes to fit? I'm a headlight novice, not sure what connectors are needed on the back....the cars at Maranello Pursang so I can't pop out for a look.

So I bought some new Cibie headlights from Pancho, (thank you - all good!), and after a bit of research I decided on Narva 55W H4 globes. I rang my local Supercrap and they said they had a whole box of them under the counter. So I went down and said I was after the clear untinted ones. The guy rummaged through the box and pulled out a set of 55W with a blue tint and was about to ring it up...when I said no I'm after the clear ones...he looked at me like I was a squashed slug and said, and I quote: 'These are better but' to which I said 'why', to which he said 'Coz they're blue'. Brilliant! Well in that case, have you got any pink ones...

A little bit of whining later, coz he had to look in the bottom of the box, and we found some clear ones. On the pack they say 'No increase in power consumption or heat' which left me wondering if I can get away without having to install relays to take the load off the switch?

Also, on one of the headlight body fitments I'm missing the small casting at the top that the chrome ring screws into...anyone have a spare they could sell me?

Great, I only need one, but will take a pair if that's how they're sold...and they're not made of gold dust!

I didn't make it to Canberra, major oil leak from the rear seal put paid to that idea. 101 other things have since reared there head. When I get a spare 5mins I'll put up a proper progress style thread like yours either here or Alfa BB.
