President:
Executive Committee member
• To provide leadership of Committee and Co-opted Members to plan and implement a program of Club activities to achieve the aims and purpose of the Club and that meet the needs of AROCA Members.
• To provide leadership in the governance of all Club affairs, including advising Committee and Co-opted Members on required processes and appropriate protocols as necessary.
• To ensure compliance with the legislation applicable to the Association.
• To ensure that the Club acts legally, ethically and in the best interests of its Members in all of its dealings and that activities and events positively reflect the proud history of the Alfa Romeo marque.
Secretary:
Executive Committee member
• To manage and administer Club records and policies, including preparation and lodging of reports, annual returns and all other documents required to be prepared and/or lodged by law.
• To ensure leadership governance and the individual role responsibilities and requirements of AROCA Vic Members are met.
• To be the prime contact with Consumer Affairs Victoria.
• To ensure that the Club acts legally, ethically and in the best interests of its Members in all of its dealings and that activities and events positively reflect the proud history of the Alfa Romeo marque.
Treasurer:
Executive Committee member
• The Treasurer of AROCA Vic is responsible for assisting the Committee to manage the financial affairs of the Club.
• The Treasurer shall collect all revenues for banking and make payment of all financial obligations to suppliers.
• Ensure timely management and administration of Club financial records and accounts.
• Ensure governance leadership in Club financial affairs.
• Supervise the financial aspects of the individual roles and responsibilities of Committee and Co-opted Members.
• Ensure that the Club acts legally, ethically and in the best interests of its Members in all of its dealings and that activities and events positively reflect the proud history of the Alfa Romeo marque.
Vice President:
• Deputise for the President at Committee Meetings and Club Nights as required.
• Deputise for the Competition Secretary at sub-Committee meetings as required.
• Manage the Club event attendance and competition trophy program in liaison with event organisers.
• Maintain an up to date list of Club points earned by Members' at Club events and calculate trophy winners for formal trophy presentations.
• To provide leadership of Committee and Co-opted Members to plan and implement a program of Club activities to achieve the aims and purpose of the Club and that meet the needs of AROCA Members.

Membership Secretary:
• Operate and maintain the Club Membership data base.
• Provide leadership in development and application of the Club Membership data base to improve delivery of Club services and activities to Members.
• Ensure that the Club acts legally, morally and ethically in all of its dealings and that activities and events positively reflect the proud history of the Alfa Romeo marque.
Social Secretary:
• Provide leadership of Committee and Co-opted Members to plan and implement a program of Club social activities for the following 12 months.
• To bring creative ideas to the task by generating social activities such as lunches, dinners, movie nights, Bocce evening and drives to venues that will attract the interest of Club Members.
• Generate a network of organisations that will benefit from the donation of prizes for Club raffles, door prizes, competition prizes, etc.
• Generate a network of venues that are attractive and appropriate for holding Club activities and events.
• Liaise with other Club leaders to assist in the planning and delivery of major Club activities and events.
• Ensure that the Club acts legally, morally and ethically in all of its dealings and that activities and events positively reflect the proud history of the Alfa Romeo marque.
Public Relations:
To ensure that the Club develops, maintains and executes a comprehensive communication program to:
• Raise the profile of the Club in Victoria and, where appropriate, interstate and overseas.
• Promote Club policies, activities and events to:
- External audiences including relevant Government and Regulatory bodies. e.g. VicRoads, etc.
- Automotive, motoring and motorsport organisations.
e.g. RACV, Motorsport Australia, Australian Autosport Alliance, Motorclassica, Australian Grand Prix Authority, etc.
- Potential Club supporters, sponsors and/or Club media advertisers – Alfa Romeo Australia, etc.
- Other like minded car clubs and motor sport clubs in the motoring enthusiast sector.
- AROCA Clubs in other states and territories.
- AROCA Victoria Members
• In consultation with the Club Committee, the Editor, Newsletter Compiler and Web Site and Social Media content coordinators, prepare and present to the Club Committee a written communication program to raise the Club profile and promote the Club activities and events program.
• Ensure that the Club acts legally, morally and ethically in all of its dealings and that activities and events positively reflect the proud history of the Alfa Romeo marque.
Editor:
To ensure the AROCA (Vic) magazine (Cross + Serpent):
• Is produced within the allocated budget and according to the production calendar approved by the Club Committee.
• Meets the information needs and interests of Club Members.
• Ensure that the Club acts legally, morally and ethically in all of its dealings and that activities and events positively reflect the proud history of the Alfa Romeo marque.
Competition Secretary:
• Manage the Club competition program.
• Ensure that the Club acts legally, ethically and in the best interests of the Members in all of its dealings and that activities and events positively reflect the proud history of the Alfa Romeo marque.
Register Coordinator:
To ensure that the Club provides Members with an engaging and varied activity and event program for the Club year by working in liaison with the Register Captains and Members to:
• Co-ordinate the major Club displays and social events, such as Spettacolo Dinner, Car Display and Concorso and Show & Shine competitions.
• Form volunteer sub-Committees as necessary and delegate organisational tasks required for the success of the major events.
• Provide leadership to Register Captains by:
• Creating an event calendar that provides variety and avoids duplication.
• Provide advice when required to help them organise a range of:
o Entertaining driving and social events.
o Informative garage visits, technical presentations and workshop visits.
o Showroom visits with Club sponsors and supporters.
• Ensuring they submit to the Magazine Editor, Newsletter Compiler, Website & Social Media Coordinator:
o Pre-event notices.
o Post event reports with photos.
• Ensure that the Club acts legally, morally and ethically in all of its dealings and that activities and events positively reflect the proud history of the Alfa Romeo marque.
Advertising:
Manage all Club advertising/sponsorship in liaison with the Editor and Club event organisers in timely manner during the Club year by:
• Developing advertising/sponsorship/partnership packages targeting a range of potential advertisers/sponsors.
• Including appropriate levels of exposure in the Club magazine, web site, Enewsletter, Facebook and on site locations at selected events in the packages.
• Providing leadership in creating an advertising/sponsorship program for the Club year.
• Ensure the Club acts legally, morally and ethically in all of its dealings and activities and events positively reflect the proud history of the Alfa Romeo marque.
Club Permit Scheme Officer:
• Operate and maintain the Club's Club Permit Scheme in accordance with VicRoads requirements, ensuring any updates or changes are implemented as required in timely manner.
• Ensure that the Club acts legally, ethically and in the best interests of its Members in all of its dealings and activities and events positively reflect the proud history of the Alfa Romeo marque.
Newsletter Compiler:
To ensure that the AROCA (Vic) Newsletter:
• Is produced within the allocated budget and according to the production schedule approved by the Club Committee;
• Meets the interests of Club Members;
• Upholds the standards of the club and the proud history of the Alfa Romeo marque;
• Liaises with the President, Public Relations Officer and the Editor to aid appropriate and timely delivery of information to Members; and with Membership and Advertising to ensure that Club advertisers and sponsors are appropriately promoted in Club publications.
