Club Nights

Club nights are held on the second Wednesday of each month (with the exception of January) usually at the Veneto Club in Bulleen. Meetings start at 8pm with relatively informal procedures, comprising reports from committee members, club news, buy/swap/sell announcements and quite often a guest speaker. New members and visitors are always welcome.

Meals are available in the Club Bistro; members are encouraged to arrive early and have dinner with other members prior to the meeting.

Club Runs

A regular feature on the Club's calendar are the Sunday Drives (aka Early Morning Runs or EMRs). These enable members to get together to enjoy a drive along Alfa Romeo friendly roads in the country-side not too far out of Melbourne.

Sunday Morning Drive start times are usually around 8am to 9am (depending on destination) with a half way stop for a break and then finishing at an appropriate venue for lunch.

Breakfast Club

One Sunday every three months the Club meets for Breakfast at a cafe in Carlton.
These breakfast meetings are generally held from about 8:00am until 10:00am.

Check the Club Calendar for details on the next Club Breakfast.

Lately the venue has been Brunetti Classico - an icon of the Melbourne cafe scene.

Motor Sport

The Club has many members that are keen on grass roots motor sport. Competitions are organised by AROCA and other classic car clubs and are held at many of Victorias iconic motorsport venues, such as: Phillip Island, Sandown, Winton etc.

AROCA Victoria's premier annual event is the Festa Spettacolo, held in November each year.

It comprises three separate events held over two days: a Concorso, a Dinner, and a Show & Shine.

It has traditionally been held over the Easter break.

Annual Bocce Challenge

Each year AROCA Victoria and the Fiat Car Club of Victoria hold a Challenge match on a Bocce court.
The hosting alternates annually between the two clubs while the venue has also moved around to a few different locations.

Most recently the match has been held at the Veneto Club in Bullen with the Fiat Club currently holding the trophy.

A table of the title holders since the challenge commenced in 2008 is available [here].
